I'm beginning to put together some pieces that will flow nicely with this image.    And these two vintage flight attendants I'm piecing together as well! The red bow on the flight attendant to the leftI repurposed from a piece of recycling. Welcome Back! Yesterday was rockin', I just got to let you know. ;) My Kraftin' Kimmie stamps finally came - I waited and waited and waited and waited for them, and *FINALLY* they showed up. Overall the shipping time was pretty standard, but I was so looking forward to these stamps it was just taking forEVER, it seemed. Anyways, I promptly spread them out on my bed and Oscar decided to help. (He's a very good helper.) I decided to stamp with Christmas Clara because I"m working on holiday cards right now for  a customer who ordered them. This is the beginning of that particular Christmas card, but I think it's going to be too big for this particular order - the order is for minis. Here's how the minis looked before finishing.  I added a menora to the card on the left and a dradel to the card on the right. I've also added a simple sparrow necklace to my store. Hi Everyone! A beautiful new color-rich necklace is available via my etsy site. I call it my Ocean Rose Necklace. Inspiration for this necklace came straight from nature. I love the way that turqoise pops with pink and champaign colors in Hawaii. The turqoise being the ocean and the reds and champaigns in tropical flowers. So I wanted to design a necklace that would relect my love of tropical floral. I integrated the colors in this necklace using Swarovski Crystals in different cuts, antiqued chain and resin I absolutely love the way this idea turned out - it went from pencil and paper to actual textiles and being a wearable form of art!

Hi All, If you follow me on Etsy, you know that sadly, I have been neglecting my shop and my blog lately due to my personal schedule being so overwhelming. So, here's a little update for you - better late than never! :) I hope you're all enjoying October and the coming holidays. This is my favorite time of year and I really enjoy Halloween. It's so much fun! Here's a little card I made to celebrate! If you follow me on flickr, you may recognize the tea-stained map of Italia that I used in this card. There are so many fun and creative ways to express yourself, I'm often amazed at what you can come up with. Also, I love purples and reds, so this worked out beautifully. Hi Again All! ***BOGO BOGO BOGO GOING ON NOW*** Buy one, get one of equal or lesser value HALF OFF! (Yeah, I know, cool right?) There's been a few things going on since my last update.  October and the harvest season is just around the corner - that means the holidays are not far behind, so stay tuned for exciting holiday packages and sales! I'm excited to bring you some new colors in my adjustable rose rings in the meantime. Colors will range from light key lime to bright orange to a deep blue, and everything in between.
